 Welcome to my wonderful journey which started back in the late 60s ,when my Father worked in a Flour Mill in North Melbourne. His hard work paid off as I knew back then, that one day I would like to create my own business that would provide the community with organic and gluten free healthy food.
Here I am today, 50+ Years on, sourcing from all over Australia and the World for the best quality flours and seeds.
